Vinyl Foam Sheet
Kemmetech manufacture a comprehensive range of Vinyl (PVC) Foams in a variety of densities, thicknesses and colours to suit the requirements of industrial tape manufacturers and plastics/adhesive converters who in turn, provide industry with:
- Protection Pads (Glazing Applications)
- Tapes (Glazing and Construction)
- Gaskets & Sealants (Automotive and Engineering)
The foam is supplied individually shrink wrapped in roll form, either unsupported (without paper-backing) or supported (cast on to backing paper). In the latter case, the foam is supplied on double-sided casting paper, thereby making it suitable for reverse-wound tape products.
Kemmetech Vinyl Foams have good resistance to acids, mineral oil, alcohol, alkalis, petrol, soap and detergents.

Notes:
There is a +/-10% manufacturing tolerance on all target weights and measurements.
Foams are quick recovery (QR) as standard, slow recovery/closed cell (SR) are also available in the lower density (112kg/m³ and 145kg/m³ at the same price).
Non-standard densities, widths and special colours are available upon request.
